How we grade
Grades that mean the same thing every time
Resale margin dies when stock arrives worse than described. We publish exactly what each grade means and we hold to it, because our own marketplace ratings depend on the same units.
Grade A
Near-mint. Minimal or no visible marks at arm's length. Battery health at or above 85%.
Grade B
Light cosmetic wear: fine scratches or minor edge marks. Screen and body fully intact.
Grade C
Visible wear, deeper scratches or small dents. Fully functional and honestly photographed.
Every unit is function-tested, iCloud-checked and data-wiped before it leaves us, with no exceptions, on any grade.
