Send a list: make, model, age, rough condition. We return a per-unit valuation, with no obligation and no charge for the assessment.

Secure collection
We arrange insured collection from your sites. Assets are logged by serial number at the point of handover, so custody is documented from minute one.

Erasure & certification
Every device is wiped to recognised data-erasure standards. You receive a certificate listing each serial number and the method applied.

Payment & reporting
Settlement against the agreed valuation, plus a closing report you can hand straight to your compliance or finance team.

Under UK GDPR, responsibility for personal data does not end when a device leaves the building. Our process is documented so you can demonstrate that it was handled correctly.

What we take
Whole fleets, mixed conditions
You do not need to sort or triage before we arrive. Working, faulty and cosmetically poor units can all come together, and we price them separately.
Working stock
Devices still in service or recently retired. These carry the strongest valuations and fund the rest of the clearance.
Faulty units
Screen damage, battery failure, board faults. Still worth real money as repair stock or component recovery.
End of life
Beyond economic repair. Data destroyed and recycled responsibly, with the certification to close it out.
